Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover the cost of return shipping as well.

Once you’ve handed your return to the shipping carrier, you can expect to receive your refund within approximately two weeks. In many cases, refunds are processed even sooner. This timeframe includes:

• 5–10 business days for the return to reach us
• 3–5 business days for us to process your return
• 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may require a custom shipping quote — please reach out for details.
